System 02 / Personal productivity
Follow-through
Close the loops taking up space in your head.
Turn promises, waiting replies, and loose ends into a realistic daily plan and thoughtful email drafts.
A better everyday
You remember the important things. Usually at the wrong time. Follow-through puts the promise, the person, and the next move back together.
- 01
Collect the open loops
Record the person, the commitment, its source, and the date. Keep finished work marked as done.
- 02
Make room for today
Sort what is due and what is waiting. Fit the proposed focus queue into the time you actually have.
- 03
Make the next move easier
Edit a follow-up draft grounded in the commitment. Download it for review in your email app.
Put it to work
Your follow-through starts here.
Start with the fictional example, or bring your own records. Your inputs stay in this page until you leave or refresh. Download the result to keep it.
A little less in your head.
Turn the things you promised, and the things you’re waiting for, into a realistic plan for today.
Your entries stay in this browser tab. Download what you need before you leave.
Capture an open loop — no spreadsheet needed
Write down one promise or reply you’re waiting for. Your first item starts your own plan and replaces the fictional example.
Showing fictional example data. Load your own open loops to make it yours.

Drafts are suggestions based only on your records. No email has been sent, no work marked complete, and no source independently verified.
Make it repeatable
Everything for the handoff.
Take the tool, the templates, and the operating instructions with you.
- Open-loop prioritization
- Time-budgeted daily focus queue
- Editable email drafts and .eml export
- Client rollout and daily-review runbook
Start with a small pilot
Capture ten real open loops. Spend ten minutes each morning reviewing the queue for a week. Measure how many overdue promises were recovered and how many drafts needed material corrections.
What a good result looks like
Completed work stays out of the queue. Overdue work is visible. Drafts preserve the original commitment without inventing promises.
Connections and setup
Drafts use structured templates and the facts you enter. They are not sent automatically, and this version does not read your inbox or calendar.
The download includes a standalone local runner and a scheduled-task prompt. A recurring schedule and connected accounts are configured during installation.
Make this part of how your team works.
