1. Who we are
Outerscope Studios LLC ("Outerscope," "we," "us") operates https://outerscope.ai. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the Site.
Client work may involve additional data under a separate agreement or NDA. That paper controls for the engagement.
2. Information we collect
You give us information when you request materials, complete our approach questions, email us, book a call, subscribe for notes, sign an NDA, or use a workspace. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company details, submitted answers, mailing address, and message content.
We also receive technical data from your browser and our host: IP address, user agent, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. If you use a gated area (services, client, or admin), we store session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
3. How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, deliver requested materials, schedule calls, operate and secure the Site and its workspaces, sign and store NDAs, and send optional updates when you have subscribed.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement help us understand visits to public pages, guide requests and campaign performance. These tools load only after you choose the corresponding category in Privacy choices. Advertising measurement may involve Google and Meta; these providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Sharing
We use hosting, database, scheduling and communication providers to run the Site. These include Vercel, Neon and Brevo, and Twilio when SMS is enabled. If you opt in to measurement, we may also use Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Measurement events exclude submitted contact details and answers, account identifiers, private workspace routes, and URL query strings or fragments. Providers may receive technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or texting consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate our messaging service, including delivering messages and honoring opt-outs.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies support sign-in and protect submitted information. We also save your Privacy choices in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and remain off until you choose them. Use Privacy choices on a public page to change or withdraw your selection; advertising measurement respects Global Privacy Control. Blocking essential cookies may prevent signed-in features from working.
6. Retention
We keep contact and NDA records as long as needed for the relationship, our records, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@outerscope.ai. We will need to verify who you are.
If we decline a request where the law allows, we will say why.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact hello@outerscope.ai and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page is the current version.
