1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Outerscope Studios LLC ("Outerscope," "we," "us") for use of https://outerscope.ai and related public pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Site
The Site describes our work and lets you contact us, book a call, read case studies and notes, and, where offered, review or sign an NDA. It is provided as-is for informational purposes.
When you submit your email through our website contact fields, we send a welcome email with a link to our approach assessment, followed by up to three studio emails over nine days. These may include guides, information about our services, and invitations to talk. Requesting an approach guide starts a separate, limited guide follow-up sequence in place of any remaining welcome follow-ups.
You can stop these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting hello@outerscope.ai. You do not need to sign in or give a reason to unsubscribe. We also send messages needed to respond to requests you make, such as requested documents, signed NDA copies, and account-access messages. Merely browsing the Site does not subscribe you to email.
Outerscope Studios LLC offers optional texts from (844) 965-1712. Text AI to join promotional updates about Outerscope services and resources and agree to be contacted by the Outerscope Studios team by text. Message frequency varies. Messages may be sent using automated technology, and may include subscription and preference confirmations.
When you enter a phone number in a website contact or SMS signup form, two independent choices are presented: “One-time update — Only text me once” and “Promotional updates.” Both start unchecked. Actively select each category you want before submitting; either, both, or neither may be selected. The one-time choice covers one acknowledgment or requested update per submission; it does not limit separately selected promotional messages. The promotional choice covers texts about our services and resources and contact from our team by text. It does not authorize calls or another contact channel. A requested guide text alone does not enroll you in promotions. Entering a phone number without submitting, browsing the website, or accepting these Terms alone does not subscribe you. Both categories are optional and are not a condition of purchase, submitting a request, receiving a free guide, or using our services.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to (844) 965-1712 to stop texts; you may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@outerscope.ai. After opting out, text START to restore your earlier preference. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must control the number you supply and notify us if it changes.
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site at any time.
3. Services
Consulting, software, training, and other paid work are not sold through these Terms. Those engagements are governed by a separate statement of work, master services agreement, NDA, or other written contract.
If a signed agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to break the law, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape at a volume that burdens the Site, misrepresent who you are, or upload malware or harmful content.
We may block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Outerscope or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
If you send us ideas or materials through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them to operate and improve the Site and to respond to you. Client work product is handled under the engagement agreement, not here.
6. Third-party services
The Site may link to third parties, including scheduling tools. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing is a promise of a particular outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTERSCOPE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Outerscope against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
