System 01 / Business operations
Morning Brief
Know what needs you. Before the day does.
Turn scattered business checks into one clear brief: what slipped, what went stale, and who needs to act.
A better everyday
A missed lead. An overdue invoice. A support queue quietly growing. The signals exist, but finding them has become another job.
- 01
Bring your checks
Start with a sheet of metrics, targets, owners, and the time each number was last checked.
- 02
Find the exceptions
Compare results with your targets and surface missing or stale evidence alongside real misses.
- 03
Give the day a direction
Export a brief and action queue with the supporting numbers and an owner for each follow-up.
Put it to work
Your morning brief starts here.
Start with the fictional example, or bring your own records. Your inputs stay in this page until you leave or refresh. Download the result to keep it.
Start with your support queue, sales pipeline, cash collection, or delivery checks. Add a check below or import a spreadsheet export. Processing stays in this page; nothing is sent or saved.
Add a check
Your first check replaces the fictional examples, so your brief contains only your own readings.
Import or edit a spreadsheet export
Required columns: metric, current, target, direction, owner, updated_at, source. Use higher or lower for direction. Use plain numbers and ISO timestamps. Optional: stale_after_hours, critical_gap_pct.
Per-row freshness limits override the default. Example data uses a fixed September 7, 2026 report time.
Download your entered checks to import them next time. This saves your source readings and timestamps, not the action report. Spreadsheet formula-like text is prefixed with an apostrophe for safety; negative numeric readings stay numeric.
Make it repeatable
Everything for the handoff.
Take the tool, the templates, and the operating instructions with you.
- Business health analyzer
- Evidence-linked action queue
- Markdown, CSV and JSON exports
- Rollout runbook and scheduling prompt
Start with a small pilot
Pick five to ten checks your team already reviews. Run the brief beside your normal review for five working days. Track missed exceptions, false alarms, and minutes spent preparing the brief.
What a good result looks like
Every missed target or stale source is visible, every follow-up has its source, and an operator can explain why it appeared.
Connections and setup
You provide the numbers and targets. This version analyzes those inputs; it does not connect to your bank, CRM, or monitoring tools.
The download includes a standalone local runner and a scheduled-task prompt. A recurring schedule and connected accounts are configured during installation.
Make this part of how your team works.
