How to map your Seller Center export
Rename columns to this exact schema. Export available orders from Seller Center, then use order details to supply each actual dispatch deadline. Export layouts vary: this is a deliberate mapping step.

| status | Open: awaiting shipment, awaiting collection, ready to ship, to ship, unshipped. Excluded: shipped, in transit, delivered, completed, cancelled, canceled, closed. Held for review: unpaid, pending payment, on hold. |
| ship_by | Actual dispatch deadline from order details, e.g. 2026-09-07T18:00:00-04:00. Offset or Z required. Mandatory for open orders. |

| stock | Available-to-sell whole units, after existing reservations. Orders are not subtracted again. |

| lead_days / safety_days | Replenishment lead time and your buffer in calendar days, zero or greater. |
Duplicate inventory SKUs or order/SKU rows stop the run. Consolidate genuine split lines manually, preserving the earliest applicable deadline and correct remaining quantity. CSV only; save spreadsheets as UTF-8 CSV first.
Use your export’s actual snapshot time. Due soon means the next 24 elapsed hours. Results display deadlines in UTC.

The download includes a standalone local runner and a scheduled-task prompt. A recurring schedule and connected accounts are configured during installation.
