Company-wide literacy
How to interact with AI, when to use chat or code, how to manage context and projects, how to write a useful prompt, and how to verify the work.
Service
Automations are adopted because they run themselves. Tools in people’s hands are adopted because someone taught them how to work.
What this is
We run company-wide sessions on how to work with AI (skills, Claude Code and Codex, projects, context, prompts, scheduled tasks, agents, verification, and approval), alongside role-specific sessions on the workflows we built for that job. Training includes the runbooks and connectors those roles will actually use. The aim is not a one-off talk. It is the start of a relationship with AI that can think independently, so the company keeps finding the next optimization after we leave.
What we build
How to interact with AI, when to use chat or code, how to manage context and projects, how to write a useful prompt, and how to verify the work.
Sessions built on the workflows, runbooks, and agents that role will use, including how to leverage the connectors and tools already in the stack.
Scheduled tasks, approval paths, and independent exploration. The people closest to the work are the ones who will find the next improvement.
How the engagement moves
See how the team works today, which tools are approved, and which roles need a shared standard.
Run company-wide and role-specific sessions on live work, not generic examples.
Leave playbooks and a help path. Update the training when the tools or the work change.
